The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at the Tudor House at Mason's Cove, about 25 minutes south of Akron, OH. The ceremony will be held in the woods on the property, cocktail hour in the courtyard, and reception will be in the outdoor conservatory.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue and encourage you to utilize it! However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive or you can schedule an Uber or Lyft. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds in front of the Tudor House.

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending final headcount to our vendors following this deadline.

The ceremony will begin at 3pm. Please arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. Cocktails, dinner, dancing, & games will follow.

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

If you received a plus one, your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest". Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends & family.

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We hired an amazing photographer to capture the moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos & videos as you'd like!

We are planning to serve customized cocktails alongside local wines, beer, and spirits. Drinks are on us!

Just let us know if you have any food allergies when you RSVP. Most food will be dairy free to accommodate the bride & groom. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding catering, feel free to reach out to us directly!
